This is a one-man joinery business. No tracking, no analytics, no newsletter, no cookies set by me. If you call me, your number's in my phone like anyone else's; if you email, it's in my inbox. That's the lot.

Contact details

Phone number, email, address, and whatever you tell me about the job are used to respond, quote, and deliver the work if it goes ahead. They sit in my phone and on my invoices, nowhere else.

Job records

Quotes, invoices, and the messages around a finished job are kept for six years because HMRC requires it for tax. After that they're deleted. Photos on the work pages are only here with each customer's explicit permission and come down on request.

Data protection

I don't sell your details, I don't share them, I don't add you to any marketing list. The only people who ever see your contact information are me, and HMRC if they ever audit me.
